Software for landlords
I saw this one on Reddit, a user said that this is a pain point he found on the internet: "landlords chasing rent and navigating evictions with spreadsheets." I guess the simple answer is to make a CRM geared towards landlords but I suppose that we would have to research what is out there and see if that's even worth investing time and money into.

My current apartment uses a platform called door loop. It is an app on your phone that lets you open your doors. It also allows you to submit service requests and it handles payment and other document management.
