AI Implementation for SMB

The hardest part about becoming an AI agency would be gaining the first company to trust us to implement AI for them. And on top of that, it would be justifying our price tag. I also wouldn't want to be the only one doing this, I would want to hire someone else or maybe a small team of students/new grads that have some experience in this realm.

Software for landlords

I saw this one on Reddit, a user said that this is a pain point he found on the internet: "landlords chasing rent and navigating evictions with spreadsheets." I guess the simple answer is to make a CRM geared towards landlords but I suppose that we would have to research what is out there and see if that's even worth investing time and money into.

Greek Life management software

I was talking about this idea to a sorority girl just this morning - a lot of them still use spreadsheets and whatnot to manage rush, dues, event planning, etc. I'm not too familiar with Greek Life but I know [@ id="principal_01kx3xqsw4famr6eakad6jqpjg" label="Shane"] you were in a frat. I think if we kept this at a low price and also implemented some budgeting software into it we could probably sell it at a low price, targeting treasurers and whatnot.
